Privacy Policy

How Autoburst handles account data, workspace materials, publishing credentials, generated content, and the service records needed to run a daily content engine.

Last updated June 17, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Autoburst collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use the Autoburst content engine, sign in to an account, join a workspace, or communicate with us.

Autoburst is primarily a business service. If your organization has a signed agreement, order form, data processing addendum, or similar written contract with Autoburst, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this public policy.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Autoburst. It may include:

  • Account and profile information: name, email address, profile image, role, workspace membership, sign-in provider, account creation date, and account updates.
  • Authentication and security information: session tokens, verification records, IP address, user agent, and a non-sensitive last-login-method cookie.
  • Workspace and brand information: workspace name, brand voice, audience, positioning, websites, banned claims, approval notes, comments, and other materials you provide for content operations.
  • Uploaded materials and generated content: files, folders, videos, images, captions, prompts, transcripts, drafts, review decisions, publish targets, and production metadata.
  • Integration and publishing information: social account handles, profile URLs, login emails, publishing status, scheduled posts, platform post URLs, and API keys or credentials you choose to store for workspace operations.
  • Public and third-party source information: publicly available social posts, creator handles, profile URLs, performance counts, transcripts, source URLs, and similar research inputs used to build content guidance.
  • Communications: emails, support requests, feedback, meeting notes, and related business contact details.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Autoburst uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, session continuity, and product preferences. For example, we use cookies to keep you signed in, remember the last sign-in method, and preserve interface state such as sidebar preferences.

The current service is not designed around third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or workspace features from working.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure Autoburst.
  • Create and manage accounts, sessions, workspaces, roles, invitations, and permissions.
  • Research a brand or niche, create content drafts, generate media, prepare publishing plans, and route posts through review.
  • Publish or schedule approved content to connected services when you authorize us to do so.
  • Store, render, transcode, deliver, and preview files, thumbnails, videos, images, and other workspace assets.
  • Respond to questions, provide support, send service messages, and manage business relationships.
  • Debug errors, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and protect Autoburst, customers, users, and third parties.
  • Improve the service, including by evaluating aggregate usage, reliability, quality, and workflow performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and exercise legal rights.

5. AI, generation, and public sources

Autoburst uses AI, automation, and production workers to research, draft, render, and prepare content. To provide those features, we may process workspace materials, prompts, uploaded files, public source material, social account metadata, and review instructions with AI, rendering, storage, and publishing providers.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, regulated data, or confidential third-party materials unless you have the right to do so and the information is needed for the requested workflow. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before it is published.

6. How we disclose information

We disclose information only as needed to run Autoburst, honor your instructions, or meet legal obligations. Recipients may include:

  • Service providers and subprocessors that provide hosting, databases, authentication, object storage, CDN delivery, AI generation, rendering, analytics, security, support, and communications.
  • Connected services such as social platforms, publishing tools, and sign-in providers when you connect, authenticate with, or publish to those services.
  • Workspace members and administrators according to workspace roles and permissions.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, corporate transactions, or protection of rights.

Autoburst is not designed to sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide required choices.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Autoburst, maintain workspaces, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, secure the service, and enforce agreements. Workspace credentials and API keys are kept until deleted by an authorized user or until they are no longer needed.

Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from backups, security logs, audit records, or records we must keep for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. This includes access controls and encryption for stored workspace secrets and social account passwords where supported by the service.

No internet service, storage system, or transmission method is perfectly secure. You should use strong account credentials, limit workspace access to authorized users, and promptly remove credentials or materials that are no longer needed.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations. To make a privacy request, email info@autoburst.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.
